A Bit About Me
I believe a big part of living a healthy lifestyle is maintaining a strong and fit body, and my love for Pilates rocketed when I saw first hand the power it has to restore our bodies. I look to help my clients' individual needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
I love to exercise and run a lot but tend to neglect my flexibility and core work. I went along to one of Becky's classes and absolutely loved it. Becky has an amazing teaching style, which I found easy to understand and follow. She guided me through a really enjoyable practice that was relaxing and grounding, but also testing and hard work at times. I definitely felt the benefits and can't wait to attend one of her regular classes.
I really enjoyed my pilates class with Becky, I came away feeling both relaxed, refreshed and with a great core workout. Becky is a fab teacher who knows her stuff and I will definitely be attending again. Thanks again Becky x
I am new to pilates and have recently had a baby. Becky was really good at showing me how to get the most out of the workout, whilst being sensitive to the fact that I am starting exercise again since having a baby.
