I am a pre and post natal qualified Pilates instructor, and therefore greatly enjoy helping mums to be and new mums feel good in this natal period. This 6 week course starts with the basics and builds slowly, and with precision and careful consideration of the pre and post natal period. It is suitable for the first and second trimesters of uncomplicated pregnancies, and for post natal mothers following their 6 week check, and confirmation from a doctor that you can exercise.
