Pilates For Anyone and Everyone

What’s so wonderful about my job is that I’ve taught people from all walks of life, all ages, all abilities and all shapes and sizes. And the thing I love most about sharing Pilates is that it can help EVERYONE feel good, build strength, reduce injury, tone and sometimes most importantly....just breathe.

Some people have a perception that it’s easy and often those people get frustrated that they can’t go faster or harder, earlier on in their journey. But I hope in my classes that I can inspire my clients to start at the beginning, find muscles they didn’t know existed and really work hard to achieve amazing results. I look to challenge but through good function. We have fun and we practice mindfulness. And ask any one of my clients if it’s easy and I’m sure they’ll tell you it’s not! I hope I can spread my love for Pilates far and wide and build a wonderful community of people who are taking some of the best steps towards moving more and feeling great. There’s no judgement, my classes are a safe space to practice something amazing.
